MCSS New to Canada department is offering a Newcomer Spring Learning Camp.  It strikes a balance between learning, keeping skills sharp and having fun. It is open to newcomer children aged 6 to 14 years old.

A host of activities are planned for the FREE six-day camp offered from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., March 20-22 and March 27-29.  Those activities range from weaving and puppet making, to a farm visit, science skills, reading practice to English and Math practice to a demonstration by Mission Search and Rescue.

The program is funded through IRCC, Immigration Refugees Citizenship Canada.
