Our workplace is safe, fair, inclusive, welcoming, supportive and respectful. We’re committed to a culture where you feel you truly belong. Our community is made up of over diverse leaders and teams that equitably nurture, value, and uplift one another for their unique voice and experiences.
We understand the importance of our people’s physical and mental wellness. MCSS is a BCGEU shop offering comprehensive extended benefits, vacation time and flexible work hours. We also participate in the Municipal Pension Plan.
