Lunch With A Bunch serves up hot food and good times on the third Thursday of every month, and occasionally diners are joined by a guest speaker or live entertainment. The venue is Carrington House on Seventh Ave. Start time is 11:30 am. $10 fee. Register by calling (604) 826 - 3634.

Meals on Wheels
Meals on Wheels is a healthy, affordable, and fresh option for seniors who are at risk of isolation, have difficulty grocery shopping, or preparing their own meals.
Meals on Wheels provides low-cost, hot, mid-day meals delivered by volunteers every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except on stat holidays). Each meal consists of a delicious entrée, soup and crackers or salad, plus dessert. Meals can be ordered for regular delivery or on a day-before order basis. Delicious frozen meals, created by the Mama Michelle's Kitchen, are also offered weekly.

Need help filing Your Personal Tax Return?
A volunteer from Mission Community Services Society, trained by the Canada Revenue Agency, will help prepare & electronically file (if eligible).
*Please note: Our Community Volunteer Income Tax Clinic is now online. Please call to get taxes done, in-person appointments will be done by request only.
What do you need to bring?
Bring all your documents, including:
- The previous year's tax assessment & the tax package you received in the mail.
- All your T slips (work, OAS, CPP, Bank, Income Assistance, Worker’s Compensation, EI)
Foreign pension (we need to calculate how much you received)
- All your receipts (medical, union, tuition, moving expenses, child care, RRSP contributions)
- Your ID
